Community Center

The Oakfield Community Center built in 1997 serves as a Community Building for the residents of Oakfield and surrounding towns.  The main users of the building are the Senior Citizen Tuesday Night Music Group, Oakfield Youth Basketball - Girls and Boys, Mens Sunday Night Basketball, Thursday Morning Home School Group and the town uses the building for it's regular Annual Town Meetings in March.

The building is cleaned on Tuesday & Friday mornings.

Rental Rate

• For Oakfield, Dyer Brook, Merrill, and Smyrna Residents the below is a list of event and charge:
  • 2 Hour Rental:  $25.00
  • 4 Hour Rental:  $50.00
  • Wedding:  $250.00
• For Non-Residents below is list of events and charges
  • 2 Hour Rental:  $50.00
  • 4 Hour Rental:  $100.00
  • Wedding:  $500.00

All Rentals will also be charged a $150.00 refundable deposit for building cleanliness and key return.   No exceptions.
